More Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators
Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.
Additionally included in this new document drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing various sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
More materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
